Hi! I’m Carisa Peters, a Transformational Coach, Author and Speaker. I’m on a mission to help women understand why they feel stuck and create lasting change.
I live in Springfield, Ohio. I’ve been happily married for over 28 years and have had the privilege of raising two wonderful children.
From a young age, I was immersed in the spirit of entrepreneurship. Growing up in a family-owned business, I found myself stepping into leadership roles by the age of 20. Managing the company through several reinventions, I developed a deep passion for mentoring and guiding team members. Little did I know, this would be the foundation for my coaching career.
For much of my life, I was chasing happiness.
In 2021, after dedicating over 30 years to our family marketing and printing business, I retired and took a new direction. That’s when I discovered The Life Coach School, where I earned my coaching certification. This marked the beginning of a fresh chapter, blending my extensive life experience with my newfound passion for coaching.
I spent years seeking contentment—devouring self-help books, attending therapy, and trying to change my circumstances. But it wasn’t until I found coaching that I truly unlocked the power within me. I learned that happiness doesn’t come from changing your external world, but from taking purposeful action and using powerful tools to shift your mindset.
Now, after transforming my own life using these very tools, I’m honored to help others navigate their own journey toward fulfillment. My experiences as a mom, entrepreneur, and coach have shaped me into a compassionate, effective guide, and I’m here to help you find your own path to joy, peace, and empowerment.

When I’m not coaching.
I love cycling, walking, attending soccer games, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy visiting Venice, FL, and Norris Lake, TN. For me, self-care is essential, so I make time for meditation, prayer, journaling, and yoga. I’m constantly learning, too—whether through reading or diving deeper into personal growth. My husband and I are avid fans of local car shows, a shared interest that dates back to our teenage years. I’ve also been an active member of the Springfield Kiwanis Club since 2010, a volunteer organization that has been close to my heart.
